Gypsys in association with its wine suppliers will hold a number of Wine Dinners throughout the year.  The dinners are usually sold out well in advance due to their overwhelming popularity.

Gypsys philosophy with the Wine Dinners is to showcase the the superb wines from the various wine producing regions of the world, now available in the PRC.  Consistent with the Gypsys vision of always trying to be different, the Wine Dinners typically will offer diners on the evening, 6-7 different wines from around the world paired with "sample size" dishes not normally on our menu.  The food and wine menu is not known to diners until their arrival on the night.  Music and dancing adds to an evening of fun and frivolity.
